Yas Park Place is a limited collection set beside landscaped gardens, minutes from the waterfront and from Yas Island's attractions. Interiors come in two palettes composed by DiLeonardo, and the amenity list is unusually deep for a scheme of this size.
Launch pricing started at AED 1.9m and the release is now fully allocated. If you are reading this because you were looking at it, the useful thing is not the disappointment, it is the signal: Yas absorbs new residential stock quickly, and the next release will go the same way.
The underlying reason has not changed. Yas drew 38 million visits in 2024, holds Ferrari World, Warner Bros World, SeaWorld and the Formula One circuit, and Disney has confirmed its seventh global resort here. Very few residential addresses anywhere sit inside that much visitor demand.

Why Yas
The demand is
already there.
Most off-plan investment cases ask you to believe a location will mature. Yas is the rare one where the footfall arrived first and the housing is catching up.
Worth being clear about the trade-off. Tourism-led demand is strong but more cyclical than the end-user demand you get in the urban core on Al Reem. If you want the steadiest possible tenant, Yas is not the obvious pick. If you want short-let performance and holiday-home appeal, very little competes with it.

Can I buy Yas Park Place as a foreign national?
Yes. Yas Island is a designated investment zone, so foreign nationals of any nationality can hold full freehold title including the land. No UAE residency, visa or local sponsor is required to purchase.
Is Yas Park Place still available?
No. The release has sold out. Launch pricing started at AED 1.9m for the smaller units. Occasionally an assignment or resale becomes available before handover, which we can watch for on your behalf, but there is no developer inventory left.
What did Yas Park Place sell for?
Pricing started from AED 1.9m at launch. Larger and better-positioned units sat materially above that. If you want a like-for-like comparison against what is currently available on Yas, ask and we will set the two side by side.
What else is available on Yas Island?
Aldar and Miral both hold inventory across Yas, and new phases are released regularly. Because the strongest releases are allocated quickly, the practical route is to register what you are looking for now so you see the next launch before it goes public rather than reading about it afterwards.
Can I buy from the UK without visiting?

Does it qualify for the Golden Visa?
A property valued at AED 2 million or above opens the ten year Golden Visa route for you and your immediate family. Whether a specific unit clears that threshold depends on the type and release, so it is worth stating up front if residency is part of your objective.

Service charges vary by building and are the cost overseas buyers most often underestimate. Ask for the projected charge per square foot before committing, and build it into your net yield rather than working from a gross figure.
